All display directories, including the Auto Pro, Professional, Dial-A-Pro, Dining Guide and Church directories, are published R.O.P. (run of press) in a business card format. No coupon borders, price/item advertising is permitted.

The Professional Directory is presented in a standardized format with no illustrations or reverse type. New advertisers must agree publish their ad a minimum of 13-consecutive weeks and may then continue their business card ad on a month-to-month basis. New advertisers must prepay their first 13-week schedule and they earn a a pre-payment discount of 10%. The prepayment discount is is also available if the month-to-month schedule is prepaid also.
