Please take notice that, on May 20, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Chino City Hall in the City Council Chambers 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, California, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the consideration of the following project:
PL15-0660 (Master Site Approval) and PL 15-0659 (TTM No. 19979) (TE3) – A request for a one-year time extension for a master plan and subdivision of 20.3 acres into two lots for the future construction of up to 203 residential units at a density of 10 units/acre in the MDR (Medium Density Residential) land use designation located at the northeast corner of Pine and East Preserve Loop Road. The project site is Phase 1 of a larger 125‑acre master plan area known as Falloncrest at the Preserve, which includes a mix of commercial, residential, and open space land use designations, and is located at the northeast corner of Pine Avenue and West Preserve Loop Road within The Preserve Specific Plan (APNs: 1055-461-06, 1055-431-01 and -02, 1057-121-01 and -02, 1057-151-01 and -02, 1057-131-01 and -02, 1057-141-01 and -02, 1055-411-05, 1055-421-10, 1057-161-03 and 1057-161-04). No environmental action is required pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15162, Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations.
