Please take notice that, on May 20, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Chino City Hall in the City Council Chambers 13220 Central Avenue, Chino, California, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the consideration of the following projects:
PL18-0049 (Master Site Approval), PL18-0050 (Tentative Tract Map No. 20223), PL18-0060 (Tentative Tract Map No. 20231), and PL18-0062 (Tentative Tract Map No. 20232) – A request for approval of a master plan and subdivision of a project site consisting of 8.86 gross acre of land for the development of 176 residential units in the HDR 16 (High Density Residential, 16 dwelling units/acre) and CC 16 (Community Core, 16 dwelling units/acre) land use designations located east of West Preserve Loop, south of Garden Park Street, and west of Main Street within The Preserve Specific Plan (APN: 1055-451-03). An Addendum to The Preserve Chino Sphere of Influence – Subarea 2 Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 2000121036) for Lot 11 has been prepared for the project pursuant to Section 15164 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines that identifies the project is within the scope of the EIR, which adequately describes the activity for the purposes of CEQA.
