Bowling was a passion, and later, golf became his favorite thing to do. Vacations were spent at the Colorado River, and visiting family in New York. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia, his daughters Teresa, Laura and Antonia, and his step-son Doug, along with his brother Robert Arce of New York. Joe was blessed with 8 beautiful grandchildren, and 3 precious great-grandchildren, and his very special nephews in New York and their families.
