A Glendora man and Pomona woman were jailed in separate robbery cases April 25 and 26 at the Kohl’s store in the Chino Spectrum Marketplace, Chino police said.

Officers were called at 2:57 p.m. April 25 after a suspect tried to steal items and fought with a store security officer before running into a nearby sporting goods store.

David Hall, 42, of Glendora, was booked on $25,000 bail into the Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center in Devore, according to county jail records.

On April 26, police went to the store at 9:14 p.m. on a report of a woman fighting with store security after trying to steal items.

Valerio Castelan, 24, of Pomona, was arrested at a nearby Wendy’s restaurant after getting into a van with a man and woman.

The woman, identified as Jennifer Church, 31, of Walnut, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and providing false identification to a police officer.

The unidentified man was not arrested.
