Monday, July 8

8-10 a.m. — Arrival/judging for Foods, Apparel & Arts/Agriculture Educational Posters, Brinderson Hall at the Fairgrounds

8-9 a.m. — Arrival of Rabbit/Cavy/Poultry

9 a.m. — Rabbit/Cavy/Poultry Show (Show Ring)

Poultry Show (Show Ring) Showmanship only. Competitors will compete with stuffed animal chickens because of the current threat of Newcastle disease

Small Animal Master Showmanship (Show Ring) will begin immediately following the conclusion of the rabbit and cavy shows

4 p.m. — Deadline for all market animals to be on site

4-6 p.m. — Weigh in all Market Animals, Dairy Heifer Replacement check-in

Fair Social for exhibitors, hosted by Monte Vista 4-H, at the conclusion of the small animal show

Tuesday, July 9

9 a.m. — All large animals showing today must be checked in

10 a.m. — Market Goats – followed by Progress, followed by Showmanship and then breeding  Goats

1:00 p.m. — Sheep – Market, followed by Progress, followed by Showmanship and then by Breeding Sheep

Fair Social for exhibitors, hosted by Don Lugo Future Farmers of America (FFA), at the conclusion of the sheep show

Wednesday, July 10

7 a.m. — All large animals showing today must be checked in

8 a.m. — Swine - Market, followed by Progress, followed by Showmanship

10:30 a.m. — Market Beef – Market, followed by Progress, followed by Showmanship, followed by Breeding Beef, followed by Market Calves, beginning with Market classes, followed by Showmanship

6 p.m. — Costume Class

Fair Social for exhibitors, hosted by Mt. San Antonio College, at the conclusion of the beef show

Thursday, July 11

7 a.m. — All large animals showing today must be checked in

9 a.m. — Dairy Cattle – Showmanship, Replacement, Holstein, All Other Breeds

6 p.m. — Adult Master Showmanship (Awards will be presented at Friday Night awards ceremony and BBQ)

Friday, July 12

9 a.m. — Jr. 4-H Round Robin

10 a.m. — Large Animal Master Showmanship

11:30 a.m. — Mandatory meeting for all individuals selling animals in the auction

12:30 p.m. — Leaders and Advisors Meeting

5 p.m. — Master Showmanship and Clean Barn awards in show ring.

6 p.m. — Awards Ceremony & BBQ, Brinderson Hall at the Fairgrounds. Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children. Open to the public

7 p.m. — Auction

Saturday, July 13

6 a.m. — Fair clean up 

8 a.m. — Pancake breakfast for exhibitors only

7 p.m. — Demolition Derby
