Threshold Aviation expands

Threshold Aviation Group in Chino recently leased its fourth 50,000-square-foot hangar at the Chino Airport that will be used for service and support of the company’s business jet operations.

“Our operation is truly full service,” said CEO and Threshold Aviation Group founder Mark DiLullo. “We can fly your plane, store your plane, maintain your plane, refurbish your plane, and gas it up at our fuel farm.”

Mr. DiLullo said the company can also buy and sell planes for its customers.

New preschool at Heights Christian

Heights Christian School has a new preschool located at Inland Hills Church in Chino, 14670 Ramona Ave.

Residents are invited to a “meet and greet” to get to know the director and staff from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and 9 to 11 a.m. Thursdays until Aug. 25. No appointment is necessary.

Financial reporting award given to IEUA

The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) recently received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in financial reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). 

Certification was received for the fiscal year 2020-21 annual comprehensive financial report, making it the 24th successive year IEUA staff has satisfied the standards of this program. 

The GFOA represents public finance officials throughout the United States and Canada and includes federal, state, and local finance officials involved in the implementation of governmental operations in each of their jurisdictions. 

Business@Breakfast meetings

Several Business@Breakfast meetings will take place over the next several weeks at the Chino Hills Community Center, 14280 Peyton Drive and on Zoom. The meetings, set for 7:45 a.m. Wednesdays, are hosted by the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce.
