A new STEAM classroom at Lyle Briggs K-8 Fundamental School in Chino will be used by all grades when the campus re-opens, possibly in two weeks. The electric cords hanging from the ceiling will provide electricity for mobile projects.
The new science building has two science labs, two STEAM rooms, three classrooms and a computer lab. Measure G funds of $13.6 million were used for the construction, furniture and technology, parking lot expansion, new playground and portable classrooms at the school located at 11880 Roswell Ave. The work was completed while students were off campus.Â
