Jeannette and Christian Fuentes

Chino Hills residents and Realtors Christian and Jeannette Fuentes will appear next week in a new flipping houses reality show on HGTV called “Fearless Fix.”

The husband-and-wife team are inviting the community to watch the nationwide premiere at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 29 at Limericks Tavern at The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Space is limited but the couple hopes to share their good fortune with as many community members as possible.

The event is free.

The first show will feature a house they flipped in Pomona.

House flipping is when a real estate investor buys properties at a discount and improves the property to sell it at a higher price.

Upcoming episodes will feature homes they have flipped in Chino Hills and Chino, Mr. Fuentes told the Champion this week.

“We have flipped more than 300 homes in the last eight years,” he said.

Mr. and Mrs. Fuentes own three ReMax offices in Chino Hills, Brea, and Diamond Bar.

Mrs. Fuentes, who graduated from Ayala High School in 1997, is a broker and Realtor. Mr. Fuentes is an agent and Realtor.

HGTV is promoting the show as follows:

“Jeannette and Christian have built a hugely successful real estate agency.

But their biggest challenge isn’t selling homes--it’s flipping them.

Christian is all about bold design, because with every flip his reputation is on the line.

Jeannette is the boss. She manages the money--and Christian.

Together, they transform neighborhoods one house at a time, turning the worst place on the block into a beautiful home a new family can be proud to own.”

Mr. Fuentes said the videos they post online partly contributed to landing the show.

Mr. Fuentes, 42, and Mrs. Fuentes, 39, have two children, 8-year-old Alexa and 4-year-old Liam.

They celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary in June.
