Rocky road
A road repaving project is taking place and creating traffic backups on Grand Avenue from the 71 Freeway to Pipeline Avenue and from Pipeline to Eucalyptus Avenue at the Chino-Chino Hills border. Officials are warning residents to prepare for uneven pavement and lane closures.
On Sunday, dust swirls enveloped vehicles on Grand Avenue between the Spectrum Shopping Centers. The work will also involve off-ramp closures on the 71 Freeway. The project is anticipated to be completed by Friday, March 31, weather-permitting.
