New employees

Three new employees were introduced during the Jan. 24 Chino Hills city council meeting. Shown (from left) are Joyce Lee, emergency services coordinator; Darrell Chindlund, community services coordinator II; and Eduardo Morales, payroll technician in the finance department. Ms. Lee spent four years in the U.S. Air Force as an emergency manager while completing her master’s degree in emergency services management with Columbia Southern University; Mr. Chindlund worked for the Ontario Recreation and Community Services Department for 18 years and created two water safety awareness campaigns that each won awards from the California Parks and Recreation Society; and Mr. Morales worked for a nationwide payroll outsourcing company after completing his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from San Diego State University.
