Chino Police and the California Highway Patrol arrest two (shown above) of 25 people in the Chino Spectrum Marketplace on Grand Avenue and recovered more than $14,500 in stolen merchandise during an Organized Retail Theft Task Force operation last month, police announced. “The objective was to identify crews responsible for retail thefts, arrest offenders, and recover stolen property,” Chino police said in a statement. During five operations in the holiday season, authorities made the 25 arrests, stored three cars and recovered the stolen merchandise. Six retail theft crews were identified by police.
