Chino Valley residents earned a degree this month from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. They are Chino residents Marie Elsie Carriere and Ani Sulistyowati, bachelor’s degrees in nursing; Sara Klarich of Chino Hills, master’s degree in business administration; and Allison Wade of Chino, master’s degree in nursing informatics.
